With more than 20 years of experience in facilitation, psychology, emotional intelligence, and leadership development, I’ve had the privilege of coaching teams and leading world-class programs such as The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Gallup StrengthsFinder, and Leading at the Speed of Trust. These experiences have helped over 300 teams across 30 companies build trust, spark learning, and strengthen connection.
